    Wow!

  • team222badbrad:

    @TTURedRaidr Yes it is.

  • team222badbrad:

    @TTURedRaidr like to contest what?

  • TTURedRaidr:

    @team222badbrad I’d like to contest that. Must be an FDM guy or employee.

  • TTURedRaidr:

    That’s actually a 3D Extruder, not a printer.

  • vizard00:

    NANO printer 4456 – 2600 V

  • vizard00:

    wow next step nano replication,

  • vxd79:

    Nice do look like a Replicator out of Star-Trek movies:)

  • konrad12xpl:

    @szuszi2 WTF ?! you cant , the printer make the objects with thousand of layers (i dont know what material is it) so i dont think so you can make thousands of metal layers

  • sendforevil:

    15900$

  • szuszi2:

    HI i like this thing! can u tell me somonething? can i put like metal or any matirial in it to make the item? like a metal wheel?

  • andrewthach1234:

    i am underestimating technology

  • alienjoe123:

    @str8out

    it would be useful for printing molds for parts.

  • team222badbrad:

    From my standpoint reprap isn’t that impressive either…
    Any engineer can figure out how to take an existing technology/machine (aka FDM/Dimension) and break the parts down into smaller pieces so they can be printed.

    Last time I looked reprap was bunch of printed plastic connectors held together with metal rods. In order to be impressive it would need to be completely printed with the exception of the electronics and extrusion head.

  • str8out:

    I see your point bro, but that’s not my point. My point is another point, which makes it another point. lol

    Thanks for replying,

  • team222badbrad:

    Dude Stratasys has been in business since the late 1980′s.
    Reprap 2004…
    Who cares if it can’t print any of its own parts?
    That’s not the POINT of the machine!

  • str8out:

    Unless this thing is able to reproduce a good percent of its own parts, this is not impressive at all compared to the all primitive model Reprap, which btw is “open source”! Yaaay!

    Cheers,

  • disrupterx:

    That is awesome…

  • LazorLad:

    my high school has a bst 1200 lol im printing a laser rifle from fallout 3 right now XD

  • jdills1196:

    How much did this cost?

  • sugarandpie:

    wow looks like a damn big beverage dispenser! 8)

  • planetdarwin:

    It sounds like an Alaskan mountaintop in there. Must be a lot of fans & blowers.

  • team222badbrad:

    This ISN’T a Dimension 1200es SST. Watch the video….

    FDM technology has been around since the 80′s

    FDM is the most popular 3d printing technology. It may not give the highest resolution parts, but It WORKS.

    Do your research.

  • peety1001:
