The First Chinese Grand Prix Chair Industry In Product Design,announced In Zhejiang Anji

December 8, 2007 Chinese Grand Prix, the first chair industry in product design winners announced Anji County in Zhejiang Province. From Guangdong, Henan and other places of the 16 contestants were given a round swivel chairs, dining chair, leisure chair, chair, bar chairs, five single chair industry, product design, gold, silver and bronze. Vice-chair more than 500 outstanding product design are Anji debut.

It is reported that this contest was sponsored by the China Furniture Association, Anji County, Zhejiang Province People’s Government of the contractor, Zhejiang liko title Furniture Co., Ltd. is China’s first ever chair industry, the highest level, the highest level, the widest range of product design competition. The purpose is to guide the Chinese chair industry enterprises to further improve product capability of independent innovation, enhance the chair industry, value-added products and market competitiveness at the same time tap the nation’s outstanding furniture design talent and team potential, to stimulate new ideas of furniture designers, the new concepts and new ideas for the design and production of a broader exchange and cooperation platform.

The contest lasted a total of more than four months, had received from the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts, Nanjing Forestry University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other 131 institutions of higher learning and professional design agency 1376 entries, the number of nearly 1,000 entries. Entries organized by the China Furniture Association, the domestic well-known furniture design experts, professors and well-known furniture designer of the company assessed by a panel of experts review the selection with the people under the principle of combining the finalization of the winning entries.

JIA Qing-wen, chairman of China Furniture Association, believes that China become the world’s chairs Despite the country on the map, but there are not enough independent innovation ability, well-known international brands such issues as much. Chair in the country’s largest production base of industry professionals, Anji County, China to hold the first chair industry, product design, Grand Prix, with far-reaching significance, not only contribute to an overall upgrading of enterprises, Anji chair industry, product innovation capability and international competitiveness, to better guide the chair industry in China enterprises to further improve product capability of independent innovation, enhance the added value of products chair industry, and market competitiveness in order to seize the high ground in the world market chair industry.
