Ok I know blueprint software like illustrator and 3d modeling software like 3ds Max but Im in dire need to understand how do I turn a blueprint into 3d reality. A tutorial on how to do so would be of great help 2 me. If u wonderful ppl know of any I would b most grateful for ur help. Thanx in advance.

I am a SolidWorks and AutoCAD user and I am looking for websites or books that contain mechanical parts (such as engines) with their complete geometrical dimensions (such as lengths and angles) states to design and gain more experience?

What would someone have to learn to do that kind of stuff?

i want to build a machine that will allow me to travel to other planets in the universe and bring my body with me. i call this extradimensional travel.

how would i go about making a device to be able to travel between space and time ?

I’m trying to make a 3d design for the inserts on the back of the screen of a dell m1730 so i can customize it and put a different design on it.Does anyone know a good free 3d design program made for something that size (NOT google sketchup),or better,could anyone make a 3d model of it?

are there other alternative method to rapid prototyping
