Say I find an action I really like. Is there a way I could figure out how this action was created? I could really learn a lot about techniques that way.

I’m looking for a good software for prototyping a web page/user interface. I don’t need something fancy like Photoshop (don’t need special effects, etc). I just need to create some buttons, boxes, etc. Positioning some text, images, etc.

I’m really looking for simplicity. I’ve used Photoshop before and it’s too complex… too many features that I can’t always understand. Free/inexpesive software is a plus too.
