A movie could be advertised in a lot of different ways.  The distribution of posters and other print ads is just one of those many ways.  Normally, these ads are brightly colored and features familiar and famous faces.  This is done so that it attracts the attention of people even that of busy passers by.  Another way would the use of trailers.  By definition, a trailer is a series of scenes from the movie compressed in a video clip so that the viewers will have an idea what that certain movie is all about.

Since this is a written article, obviously, we would not be able to show you examples of the 3d movie trailers.  However, we will be giving you hints on how to find the best sources of trailers in the web. In addition to that, we will also mention some things about the trailer that you may find very interesting.

Now, really, when you talk about videos, Youtube.com is perhaps the first thing that comes to mind.  And we could not blame anyone for that.  Youtube.com has been providing us with quality and really entertaining videos and trailers for about five years now, anyway. But when you look over this site, please know your responsibilities as a viewer.  Don’t patronize those videos that are obviously stepping on the copyright of other entities.  Though it’s really hard to pin point the real culprits when it comes to such issues, at least you know that you did your part and you viewed only those that are supposed to be viewed by the public.

Going to some interesting facts about the movie trailers, the term ‘trailer’ came about because trailers were originally shown right after a feature movie in the past.  However, this set up proved to be not that successful.  This is because people usually leave the movie houses the moment the credits start rolling. Hence, since someone still spent a fortune just to be able to have a trailer made and it would be such a waste if it would not be seen by the targeted audience, modifications were made and trailers are moved to be shown before the start of the feature film, especially now that 3d movies are starting to take the scene.  Perhaps in this way, the advertisers get more assurance that somehow, their 3d movie trailers will be appreciated by the audience.
