This is a technique available to people who have the right tools.
In my experience, a company hires us to do certain kinds of work, and makes certain technologies available to us to do that work. This may or may not include the ability to do rapid prototyping.
You won’t know in the job advertising if they have that or not. So including it on your resume will help you get an interview where that is an important element of the total work. But this is only one of dozens of skills you need to list.
